This page will outline our payment policy which will be valid for any treks you book on Trekking Compass (hereinafter referred to as “us,” “our,” or “we”).
Every trek on our website has different costs and will have different booking amounts for the same. But, a fixed percentage of the full trek payment is asked of you as an ‘advance payment’ or ‘booking fee.’
Why do we need the ‘booking fee’ or ‘advanced fee’?
Trekking Compass does not promise you a trek date, before the advanced payment because we need to make prior arrangements. We pay the other involved parties in advance and ensure their availability. If not the booking fee, we have to book them at our expense. This puts us at risk of losing resources if you decide to cancel.
If you want to book a trek with Trekking Compass, you need to pay ( 25% ) of the full trek amount as mentioned on our website.
When do you need to pay the full amount?
At the base village, before starting your trek, you should transfer the full amount for that particular trek with Trekking Compass.
