This page will outline our payment policy which will be valid for any treks you book on Trekking Compass (hereinafter referred to as “us,” “our,” or “we”).

Every trek on our website has different costs and will have different booking amounts for the same. But, a fixed percentage of the full trek payment is asked of you as an ‘advance payment’ or ‘booking fee.’

Why do we need the ‘booking fee’ or ‘advanced fee’?

Trekking Compass does not promise you a trek date, before the advanced payment because we need to make prior arrangements. We pay the other involved parties in advance and ensure their availability. If not the booking fee, we have to book them at our expense. This puts us at risk of losing resources if you decide to cancel.

If you want to book a trek with Trekking Compass, you need to pay ( 25% ) of the full trek amount as mentioned on our website.

When do you need to pay the full amount?

At the base village, before starting your trek, you should transfer the full amount for that particular trek with Trekking Compass.

How can you make the payment to us?

We accept all kinds of payment methods, they are:

1. Online Payment: Credit Card, NetBanking, and Debit Card. 
2. PayPal
3. Bank Transfer
4. UPI Transfer at trekkingcompass@sbi

Payment Process

Follow the below steps to make your payment for the desirable treks:

• Firstly, visit our website www.trekkingcompass.com.
• Next, you should type the desired trek on the search bar. 
• Once you have thoroughly checked the trek details, click on ‘Book Now,’ after you choose the suitable date for you. 
• Now you can choose between the booking fee or the full payment at your convenience. 
• After the payment type, fill in your information on the details page. 
• Next, choose the payment method and make the payment. 

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after the payment. This confirms your booking and we will look forward to receiving you!
